Warm Up

You can add water in the water based lubricants and some essential oils in the oil based lubricants.

Each session of exercises should be ended with a gentle massage and a warm down session with the help of a hot towel. If you massage your penis and if you apply heat to it, it helps healing and rebuilding of the cell tissue.

Gentle Massage
After each exercise session, you should gently massage your penis for 1 minute. You can use an herbal cream for this, but it is not compulsory.
